  4. Why do you have to supply power to the signal wire to check if its ok? cant be checked just by checking the continuity of the wire with a multimeter? its risky to supply power to the pcm…

    Question??? I have a 2004 Toyota Tacoma 4×4 that will not complete the I/M for the catalytic converter. Both O2 sensors have been replaced. Also the rear catalytic converter was replaced because the original one was stolen. Currently done a drive cycle, but it will not complete I/M from CAT. Any idea or advice?

  7. If this takes one hour to trouble shoot, unless you earn less than 5 Dollars an hour, don't do it an buy a new sensor right away – will save you time and money…. 😉
